Magnolia Fashion Wholesale accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit only. As a wholesale provider, we ensure a streamlined process for our retail partners to manage inventory adjustments efficiently.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your wholesale account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request detailing the specific items and reason for return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the approved items in their original packaging, ensuring that all styles are separated and include a copy of your approved RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our returns department; please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the items, your store credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
